Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data the MOA apps for Shopify process: MOA Review, MOA Credit, MOA Influencer and Find Packing (together "the apps", "we", "us"). It covers Shopify merchants who install an app ("you") and the customers and creators whose data you manage with it.
For your customers' and creators' data, you are the controller and we are your processor: we use that data only to provide the app to you, following your instructions in the app.
Data every app processes

MOA Credit

Creators who use your apply page or gift link give their data directly to you through the app, and agree to be contacted about the collaboration before submitting.
Find Packing

Packing videos are recorded and saved on your own computer. They are not uploaded to our servers.
Where data is stored and who helps us

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with anyone except the providers above, who process it on our behalf. This website uses no tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
- Data stays while the app is installed. You can delete reviews, questions, creators and other records in the app at any time.
- When a customer asks Shopify to erase their data, Shopify sends us a
customers/redactrequest and we delete that person's data. - When a customer asks for their data (
customers/data_request), you can see and export what the app holds about them from the app, or ask us. - 48 hours after you uninstall an app, Shopify sends a
shop/redactrequest and we delete all of your store's data in that app.
Security
Access to each app requires a Shopify admin login. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to the database is limited to the people who run the apps.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data. Customers and creators should contact the store they bought from or worked with first; stores can contact us.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell installed stores in the app.
