Terms of service
These terms apply when you install or use any MOA app for Shopify: MOA Review, MOA Credit, MOA Influencer or Find Packing ("the apps"). By installing an app you agree to them. You also remain bound by the Shopify Terms of Service.
1. Using the apps
- You must have a Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it.
- You are responsible for the content you publish with the apps (for example reviews you approve, emails you send, gifts you offer) and for having a lawful basis to contact your customers and creators.
- Do not use the apps to send spam, publish fake reviews, or break any law or Shopify policy.
2. Plans and billing
- Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app and on each app's Shopify App Store page.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the app. Cancelling or uninstalling stops future charges.
- Charges already made are not refunded, except where required by law or where Shopify's billing rules provide otherwise. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us and we will look into it.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice in the app. Price changes apply from your next billing period.
3. Your data
You own your store's data. We process it only to provide the apps, as described in our privacy policy. When you uninstall an app, its data for your store is deleted as described there.
4. Availability and changes
We work to keep the apps available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features. If we stop offering an app, we will give installed stores at least 30 days' notice.
5. Third-party services
The apps rely on Shopify and on the providers listed in the privacy policy (such as email delivery). We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services.
6. Liability
The apps are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost sales), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend an app for a store that breaks these terms or Shopify's policies, after telling you when we reasonably can.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell installed stores in the app. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept it.
